The house and apartment have a truly magical location overlooking farmland with panoramic mountain views. Central Bled with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants and enchanting lake is just a short 10-15 minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is only 10 minutes walk and the nearest pub just 15 minutes. Triglav – the highest peak in the Julian Alps, can be seen from the balcony and garden as can Bled Castle during certain times of the year.
The house is a traditional Slovenian Alpine Villa and comprises of two Kingszie double bedrooms, two twin bedded rooms, four bathrooms, large lounge, kitchen and separate dining room. The House has has a large private balcony which overlooks the mountains and the master bedroom also has a smaller balcony benefiting from the same views. The house and apartment share a laundry and boot room facility as well as a small garden. There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway.
Apartment - minimum booking stay 3 nights.
House - minimum booking stay 4 nights.

A tourist tax of €1.50 per adult and €0.75 per child (7–18) is also payable. No tourist tax applies to children under 7.
From 1st January 2019 the tourist tax will increase to €3.13 per adult per night and €1.57 per child (age 7–18).
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due for payment six weeks prior to your arrival date. Cancellations received after this time cannot be refunded. Should you book your holiday within six weeks of the arrival date the full amount is due on booking.
