Take the tourist train around the lake

The train stops at various points around the lake including the ice rink and Panoramic restaurant at the Grand Hotel Toplice.

Walk

The walk around the lake takes approximately 2 hours. Or stroll through the plateaus in the surrounding countryside.

Bled Castle

Definitely worth a visit for its spectacular view alone but there is also a museum, printing house, wine cellar, herbal gallery and restaurant. Please note there is a steep cobbled hill to walk up.

Lake swimming in the Public Lido

Located on the shores of Lake Bled the Public Lido offers sunbeds, swimming, fishing and diving. There is a small entrance fee. Open every day through July and August. Weekends in April, May, June, September and October.

Visit a spa

The Hotel Park, a short walk from the lake, has a large indoor pool and jacuzzi with fantastic views over the lake. There are also two treatment rooms. The Grand Hotel Toplice has a thermal pool, saunas and numerous beauty treatments available and is located right on the side of the lake.

We would recommend the Hotel Golf which has an excellent swimming pool which is both indoor and out with a slide, whirlpools and sunbeds. Non residents can purchase a pass for up to 3 hours or for over 3 hours. Beauty treatments are also available. It too has fantastic views over the lake.
