Banks

Gorenjska Banka, SKB and NLB are all located in Bled town centre. Only Gorenjska banka is open on Saturday morning from 08:00 –11:00. They all close for lunch during the week, usually 12 – 2pm.

Parking in Bled

Parking at the Lake Shore on Cesta Svobode is limited to 2 hours and there is a fee for here and the other car parks in Bled. Long stay guests in Bled can purchase parking permits for the duration of their stay, on production of proof of residence in Bled, available from the Tourist Association Office in Bled.

Hospital

There is a hospital located on Presernova Cesta in Bled and a larger hospital in Jesenice, just 20 minutes from Bled.

Supermarkets

Merkator is the supermarket chain in Bled. The closest one is just a 10 minute walk from the house on Presernova Cesta in Bled. There is a small car park behind the supermarket - please note it is only open until 4pm on Sundays. There is a large supermarket in Lesce, just 5 minutes drive from Bled.
